XCES was born and raised in Orange County California. At the age of 13, he was inspired by hip-hop culture and urban art. He started his career as a self taught artist until he met a variety of mentors that would for ever change his outlook on art and life. XCES is a multidisciplinary artist who utilizes dry and wet mediums with traditional techniques like printmaking, collaging, drawing, and paint to convey his message. 

XCES is active artist showcasing art in exhibitions and creating public murals through out Southern California. XCES is a first generation college graduate with a Bachelor's of Art in Art Education with an Emphasis in Drawing and Painting.
